I have the right to refuse if I feel I'm unable to fulfill your expectations.

All commissions are for personal use only (banners, profile picture, background picture, etc.) Commercial use includes activities such as streaming, selling merch, etc.

I do not allow my art to be used for NFTs or mass reselling in any form.

Most commissions will be streamed and/ or posted on my social media unless you clarify upon ordering if you want to keep it a secret.

Most commissions will take 1-2 months

If your commission have a deadline, please notify me at least a month before the payment date or there'll be extra charge if you need it to be finish in less than 1 month (we'll discuss about this first upon ordering)

Commission will start after payment (either half and half/ full payment)

No refund allowed unless there's no progress in 2 months

I will do major revision 2 times during sketch and rough base color phase, later on major revision will incur an additional fee.

While working on the commission, I’ll be updating the progress and at this phase minor revision are available for 3 times

Use the art for professional portfolio and/ or online promotion.

Post on my social medias (with a clarification that it’s a commission! Please tell me if you don't want it to be posted).

Hold every right to the drawing but not the commissioned work (don’t claim it as your own or that you drew it). You may post it with credit.

Hold the right to the character if it’s your original character, but not the commission itself.

Use the art for personal use

Commissioner may NOT reproduce or distribute the artwork commercially (for NFTs or mass reselling in any form) before discussing it with the artist. You may NOT profit off of it without a discussion.

Do NOT take credit for the artwork if you share it.

Do NOT erase watermarks from the WIPs and/ or the finished artwork.

Q : What is waiting list?

A : When I close my commission or if the slots are full, you can be added to priority list to be notified and secure your commission slot before I re-open to the public

Q : Can I cancel my waiting list?

A : Yes you can, but please do tell me

Q : Why choose waiting list?

A : You can grab the slot before I open my public slot, but I might not open it at all if my waiting list is full

Contact me with your order form/ details, I'll review the order first

First payment/ full payment depends on the client's choice

The sketch will be sent for approval & revision if needed

Second payment after the sketch is approved

Minor revision for the next progress (line art, flat color, and rendering) if needed

Final file will be sent via Google Drive folder
