GENERAL TERMS
I have the right to refuse your commission
All commissions are for personal use only (example : banners, profile picture, background, etc.) | Streaming use (includes activities : using on screen live stream/ posted content, monetization reward (emotes/ stickers), panels, etc.) | Commercial use (includes activities : selling merch (physical/ digital), publishing, etc.)
I do not allow my art to be used for NFTs or mass reselling in any form
Duration for the progress is about 1~12 weeks
Commission will start after payment
Customers are not allowed to edit my work. If you want to add or change anything just ask me.
You will receive at least one WIP during the commission process. You can request any amount of WIPs you want at any point.
REVISION
You are allowed to make 2 major revisions during sketch
After sketch, you can make 3 minor revisions
You may NOT change the previously approved sketch/ line art/ base color

Adding 1 character ⇒ + 100% of the original price (based on the type of commission)
Detailed character ⇒ + 20% or more (based on the difficulty)
Background (simple/ pattern/ floral/ complex) ⇒ additional charge will be discussed
Commercial use ⇒ will be charged 1~2 times from the base price
If you have a deadline or need it to be finished faster, please notify me ⇒ it will charge more
I usually stream/ post my commission on my social media, if you want to keep it a secret ⇒ + 25% of the original price

COPYRIGHT & USAGE
As the artist, I have the rights to :
Use the art for professional portfolio and/ or online promotion.
Post on my social medias (with a clarification that it’s a commission! Please tell me if you don't want it to be posted).
As the commissioner, you have the rights to :
Hold every right to the drawing but not the commissioned work (don’t claim it as your own or that you drew it). You may post it with credit.
Hold the right to the character if it’s your original character, but not the commission itself.
Use the art for personal use
COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT
Commissioner may NOT reproduce or distribute the artwork commercially (for NFTs or mass reselling in any form) before discussing it with the artist. You may NOT profit off of it without a discussion.
Do NOT take credit for the artwork if you share it.
Do NOT erase watermarks from the WIPs and/ or the finished artwork.
